There’s so much mindset work that goes into achieving your dreams.

But first you must choose — and decide that you deserve what you desire.

And decide over and over and over again. I call this “delightful brainwashing”.

I’ve becoming a happier, healthier human because of mindset work and that benefits EVERYONE I come in contact with.

So I don’t see getting what you desire as selfish at all. It’s sooooo self honoring and frees you up to give give give from a place of abundance.
