This birdie is named for my friend Lori, who only allows me to call her “Lorz”, some times. Hehe. Rainbow Lorikeets, unlike many birds, do not like to eat seeds but instead focus on sweet nectars, flowers and fruits. I wonder if that has anything to do with how colorful they are?
