This one is so pretty and weird it makes me cry haha.

Buddha’s hand is one of my favorite citrus and gives off the most delicious smell, but has no actual edible portion — it’s all pith and rind. It’s a gnarly fruit! One of my favorite things to do with it is steep the rind in vodka and make drinks out of it.
