As I’ve grown, I notice that I love more freely. Why do we hold back our love? Is it because we feel undeserving? Nothing could be further from the truth. We all deserve love – no matter what happened to us, no matter what we’ve done. Because – not to sound like a TOTAL hippie but – love is what heals and we all need healing.
